An astute all-rounder in the HR field having started his career in the Mining Sector as Personnel Superintendent at Renco Mine in the 1980's. A guru in the Zimbabwean Labour Law, Aaron has been HR Director at Zimbabwe Platinum (ZIMPLATS) in his +50 year illustrious career.
Entrepreneur with extensive experience in the Mining Sector. Pioneer of training graduates in Mines Blasting License (MBL) and Full Blasting License (FBL) since 2016. Isaac brings hands-on operational expertise and a deep understanding of Zimbabwe's mineral resources sector.
Accomplished Visual Artist, ICT Business Strategist. Holds Datametrics & Business Information Systems Diploma from UNISA. Certified in Business Systems Analysis & Design. SM3 has been the driving force behind the company's digital transformation and strategic vision since its founding.

The last quarter of 2022 has seen the ushering in of international placement requests coming in from the Middle East (UAE) and the Chambers of the South in the form of Guyana calling in. These have had the effect of boosting morale and keeping the staff focused on acute service delivery.
⛏️ Sinking More Shafts in 2023+
The Ramangwana Board has taken a deliberate strategy to sink more shafts and complete the shuttering in order to take advantage of the upswing in the mining sector. This will create mining safety and more employment opportunities for the restless youths.

The vision to increase intake for the Blasting License courses in the Mining Sector remains on the cards as a viable option in the current business environment.

Since 2016, Ramangwana Mining has pioneered specialized training programs including the Mines Blasting License (MBL) and Full Blasting License (FBL), creating valuable career pathways for Zimbabwean youth seeking opportunities in the extractive industries. These programs have successfully trained hundreds of graduates who are now working across Zimbabwe's growing mining sector.
